About Me

I’ve been weight training since 2008 and working as a professional personal trainer since 2014. I’m certified through ACE and specialize in strength training, but over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience working with clients over 40—helping them work around limitations while still making serious progress. My approach is simple: do the basics really well, and the results will follow. I don’t believe in gimmicks or shortcuts—I have nothing to prove, just results to deliver.
For beginners, I have a structured program that progresses every 4-6 weeks, gradually introducing new movements and equipment while building confidence in the gym. For advanced lifters, I take a more tailored approach, designing customized training and nutrition plans based on their specific goals. No matter where you’re starting, long-term success comes from mastering small habits over time and making movement a non-negotiable part of your daily routine.
My passion for fitness isn’t just professional—it’s personal. Back in 2011, after a knee injury and surgery, I gained 50 lbs and found myself unable to run a single mile. Frustrated with where I was, I decided to take control, starting with an at-home strength program called Body Beast and struggling my way through learning proper nutrition. Over the next year, I lost 50 lbs and, craving a new challenge, transitioned into amateur bodybuilding competitions. Before I knew it, people were asking me for help with their own training and nutrition, and that’s when I realized—this is what I was meant to do.
What I want most for my clients is to walk away with more than just physical results. I want them to understand how their bodies work, how to structure their own workouts, and most importantly, how to apply the lessons learned in the gym to the rest of their lives. Strength, discipline, and resilience don’t stop at the weight rack—they shape who you are outside of it too.
